Day Class

Mondays from 10:00 AM—11:30 AM

Evening Class

Thursdays from 7:30—9:00 PM

October 7,14, 21,28, Nov. 4,11,18, Dec. 2, 2010

Instructor: Betty Gonter

By doing gentle repetitive Yoga postures you will begin to relax the body. Once you relax the body it will calm the Mind—preparing you for Meditation. The class will be 1 1/2 hours long. It will include physical postures/ breathing practices/ deep relaxation and meditation.

What to bring: Comfortable loose clothing, something to lay on, an empty stomach and an Open Mind.
