By doing gentle repetitive Yoga postures you will begin to relax the body. Once you relax the body it will calm the Mind—preparing you for Meditation. The class will be 1 1/2 hours long. It will include physical postures/ breathing practices/ deep relaxation and meditation.
What to bring: Comfortable loose clothing, something to lay on, an empty stomach and an Open Mind.
